Fantastic Spot in Town!

I found the location to be amazing! Stepping right out onto the street put me smack dab in the middle of Italian food heaven. Mike's Pastries was close by. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were always available and ready to help.
The room we got had an unacceptable level of noise! It was right next to ventilation ducts. Because of the constant noise. The windows had to stay closed all the time.

The suite included a comfortable bed and a small kitchenette. It also had a microwave and fridge, which proved very useful for snacks and drinks of four nights.

I received great service! The staff helped with my luggage, as there are a few stairs to navigate. The people who worked there seemed invested in providing really good service.

i loved the central location, it felt authentic. the size of the room was amazing, and the bathroom was very adequate. the kitchen area had a well thought sink, refrigerator and writing table. it was all quite clean and decorated so sweetly.
i had to carry my luggage up a few flights.

the check-in was handled with such kindness and efficiency. i needed assistance with my bags, and the staff managed the steep stairs with grace. their help with the bags was very much appreciated.

the room provided a spacious haven with its own kitchenette. good quality linen adorned the bed. the shower was fabulous. it helped to melt all my troubles away.

lovely stay in the north end

i found the location amazing. i could walk to many historical sites. the staff was always friendly and ready to help. the room size was very good, i had enough space. i liked that they offered to hold my bags because my flight was later.
i must say the music from the restaurant below was quite loud one night though it stopped quickly after i called about it!
